The major project under the Brand Malaysia initiative by the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), Malaysia.my is a website that aims to be a one-stop portal for all things Malaysia. From information on business opportunities to be explored, to sights to be seen, to stories to be shared, or even flights to be booked – Malaysia.my will be the go-to support site for anyone wanting a piece of the country’s action.
PREPARING THE PORTAL
ZHOA's participation for Malaysia.my began with the formulation of creative strategies for the site - including setting out what content the website offers, complete art direction, and determining proper Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) parameters - based on our guarantee of quality assurance.
What followed was a complete web development process, covering aspects such as design, graphics, and photography, as well as setting up the Content Management System (CMS), where consistency of quality and design were of paramount importance.
This resulted in the implementation of a "live Malaysia image time-stamp" - a sneak peek of what's happening concurrently in local Malaysian time when viewed from anywhere in the world - which forms Phase 1 of the project.
