Designing the Future. Consistently.

Design for Nation Building

September 15th, 2017

How do we redesign a better Malaysia? That was the main question we set ourselves for the Design for Nation Building series. The mission: to build a better Malaysia through the lens of design. The goal isn’t to replace any existing national designs; it is to exhibit the power of design for the nation.

National Coat of Arms

August 30th, 2015

In becoming a developed status nation, it is imperative that the core identity of a nation to be updated and relevant for decades to come. Digitising the Malaysian national coat of arms is a natural evolution for both practical and aesthetic purposes. Inspired by Sweden’s national identity system, we attempted to develop a digital version of the national coat of arms that is used and spreads across into a singular identity for all ministries in the government.

Design is currently in progress.
